Hotel Agur

I just wanted to leave a review of this hotel. It’s a fantastic place to stay, especially because of its location, very close to the main spots in Fuengirola and just a short walk from the beach.

But more importantly, as a business owner myself, I truly believe that people are what make a business successful. A hotel can have great facilities, but without staff who genuinely care about customer experience, it simply wouldn’t be the same.

I especially want to thank Michelle at reception for the incredible job she does in customer relations. She has been consistently kind, professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. She genuinely goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and looked after.

People like Michelle are real assets to any business and should never be overlooked by management. There is no such thing as a successful hotel without dedicated staff members who care about clients and take pride in their work.

She is honestly one of the main reasons why I would choose to book here again. I truly hope management recognises the value she brings to the hotel and continues to support and reward the excellent service she provides.

Ok, let’s star this on a value for money basis as I do with most of my reviews.
If you want a clean, basic, spacious room for the night, close to the Bus Station/Train Station town centre and beach then this ticks all the boxes. Follow on with a cooked breakfast (see pic of mine) consisting of fruit juice/coffee/ mini croissants and fresh fruit all served to your table. The staff are all lovely and given the price you are unlikely to find better value. Recommended for anyone on a budget, breakfast is optional but recommended at the very low price they ask. Ideal for overnight/short stays.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, because I had to be near the centre of Fuengirola. The room was tidy, light and the bed very comfortable. The night was quiet. The en suite bathroom spacious and clean. The staff at reception very friendly and professional. I paid for the breakfast buffet, 6 eur which had all sorts of perfectly decent hot and cold selections. For the price and location, you can't go wrong. Dirk.

Hotel clean.

I didn't particular like my room room.It only had a net curtain.Therefore , when the cleaners were getting their stuff out of there room , which was adjacent to mine so they could probably see me.

I absolutely loved the breakfast.The omelette was a delicious

Ordered a room for 2 nights with no smoke and dubble bed.
Got single bed and a room with cigarettes smell.
I asked to change room and they say no. No refunds and no change of rooms.
The receptionist was rude.
Don't go there, they told me all the rooms smell like this and there is nothing they can do about it.
