The saleswoman was very very rude to my 4 yo nephew ! I don’t understand why would you hire someone this rude to work in a kids store. I am never ever buying anything from this brand !

On April 6th, I went to the Mayoral store in the Larios Centro Shopping Centre around 7:00 PM with an €80 gift card. I wanted to process a partial refund that same day, and the older employee who helped me was condescending, repeatedly saying she "didn't know how to explain it" and suggesting I call customer service, refusing to help. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, and clearly contradicted what could have been done without any problems.

That same day, around 8:30 PM, I received completely different service at the Mayoral Plaza Mayor: friendly, efficient, and professional, processing the refund without any issues. Due to the time difference, I couldn't complete the process, but if I can, I will definitely return to the Plaza Mayor store.

It's difficult to trust a brand when the experience depends so much on who serves you. If I go back, it certainly won't be to the Larios store. And from what I see in reviews, I'm not the first to complain about the service at this store.

The service couldn't have been worse… I went to the store today to make a return, and I think the sales assistants were practically spitting on us. How uncomfortable. Obviously, I just made the return and left. Not recommended at all.

I don't usually write reviews for fashion stores, much less children's stores, but I think this occasion warrants it. Yesterday we were in this store at the Larios shopping center, and I don't know if they treat members better there or what—I don't understand. Everywhere, profit comes from selling, I think! The girl who served us behind the counter didn't even look at us. She was incredibly unpleasant. I don't know if she's the owner, but she treats everyone the same, or at least most people do. The other girl outside, who was younger, did speak to us and got us a different size. But honestly, I wanted to tell the girl at the counter, but then I thought, what's the point? I'll just go to another store where they treat me well.

Mayoral in the Larios shopping center is my go-to store for my children and for buying gifts for family and friends. The customer service from the sales assistants is excellent; they are always willing to help and resolve any questions or problems you might have, whether it's about exchanges or any product that's out of stock, and they do so with a very positive attitude. I especially want to highlight the friendly and helpfulness of the sales assistant Araceli; she's a true professional, making shopping there a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this store, both for the quality of its products and for the excellent staff.
