Roberto Martín is an authorized Ray-Ban distributor and online sunglasses retailer offering a wide selection of brands including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Gucci, and proprietary Roberto Sunglasses. The store provides virtual try-on technology and organizes collections by face shape, style, and activity type.
Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Churriana keeps a recognisable village centre with the Iglesia de San Antonio Abad and the Casa-Museo de Gerald Brenan. The area is bordered by the Guadalhorce river and includes the Jardín Botánico de la Concepción on its northern edge. Easily reached from the airport (under 10 minutes) and from central Málaga by the A-7053 road and Cercanías rail at Aljaima.

The worst service I've ever received from the only staff member in the store, a brunette girl with a terrible attitude; she even laughed in customers' faces.
I was there today to exchange some glasses, as I have a 14-day return policy in case I don't like them. The girl called another office and asked if the glasses were a special order or if they were in stock, or something like that.
Then she started laughing with the other person on the phone, and they were laughing hysterically.
It was incredibly disrespectful right in front of me. I waited 10 minutes without knowing what I was going through while she kept talking, looking around, and laughing. Then I told her the receipt said 14 days and asked why she was calling to ask about returns.
The employee's behavior was awful. I've already filed a complaint, and honestly, the place is awful. I absolutely do not recommend this store, and the girl's service leaves much to be desired, especially since I'm a customer who spends a lot of money in these stores. You've lost a customer in Plaza Mayor. Let me know when the girl isn't here and I'll come by.
She thought of everything from the girl's perspective.
Today I went to the Plaza Mayor store because of a problem with my glasses, and the two girls who were there were very professional and helpful. I left very happy with the service. Thank you so much! 😊
I'm giving it five stars because the business deserves it.
On the one hand, the other day I went to buy some glasses, and one of the girls (a blonde, maybe the manager) scolded the girl who was outside wearing glasses, so I heard everything. She was even gesturing, and that's humiliating, at least from my point of view. There are ways to say things, and a customer shouldn't have to know what they might have done right or wrong. Anyway, there was an empty space, and the glasses were closed at the back, and that was the reason she scolded her.
On the other hand, the girl who was selling glasses was very helpful. She explained what polarized lenses were and even told us about a special offer they had. For me, that was more than enough to be satisfied; in fact, we bought two pairs. I also have to say that the shop was very clean and tidy.
I bought a pair of Roberto Martin glasses, and the quality was poor. I requested a free replacement, but the only response was a voucher for less than the value of the glasses, valid only on their website. Unfortunately, I must advise against buying Roberto Martin products based on my experience with their after-sales service.
