SIXT Alquiler de Coches - Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP)

The lady who dealt with me was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. She made the whole rental experience very pleasant and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made a great impression. She is a credit to your team, and based on the service she provided, I would highly recommend your company to others. Her performance was outstanding and played a huge part in making this such a positive experience.

My only complaint is that she wasn’t able to upgrade me into a Porsche, but I suspect that may have been beyond her powers! 😄

Rental agreement - 9604636696. Rented at Malaga train station, returned at airport.

Given car with multiple damages (some of them not documented in the agreement). They even not documented car doors repainting in the agreement and tried to indicate it was me, lame.

Luckily made detailed photos of all angles during pick-up and return.

During return provided clear proof that the same damage existed prior pick-up. However, Sixt employee ignored me and filled new damage report. Had to fill sixt forms once back home and attach photos again, just terrible.

In the past my experience with sixt was well, but this is just terrible waste of time proving that damage existed and delaying my return of my deposit. Shame, 1 star, avoid this location if you can.

Fantastic! We had such a good experience with SIXT at Malaga airport, both at collection and drop off. The staff were lovely, we encountered no hidden charges or issues and the collection and drop off locations were easy to find and very well sign-posted. On top of this, the car was lovely. A great experience and we will continue to use SIXT in the EU as our first choice car provider.

I rented a car on Friday, April 17th, shortly after 1:00 AM, and despite the late hour, the level of service was truly exceptional. The representative who assisted me, Elena, was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. She made the entire process smooth and pleasant, which left a very positive impression.

It is not often that one encounters such high-quality service, especially during early morning hours, and I believe this deserves special recognition. Experiences like this build strong customer loyalty.

If your service continues at this level, I see no reason to consider any other car rental company in the future.
