Be warned though they will lie to avoid any warranty issues. Took my expensive Oakley back.
They broke at the join on the arm.
Despite a 3 year warranty and speaking to Oakley first who told me it was simple, they will exchange in store, they would not.
I completed a complaint form where the manager said the glasses were in very bad condition.

She blatantly lied to try and avoid the warranty.
She refused to give me a phone number saying the only way to contact was e mail. This is not true at all.
I have complained to their head office and still await a call back. Promised 3 times… and nothing.

Needed some decent sunglasses for once in my life so ended up getting it here. a decent range from 90eurs to 300. The lady at the counter did not greet us when we entered but as I was spending more time she did start to chime in on advising me from her counter. I think once she realised I was a serious customer is when I had a little more service. I purchased a pair and she was helpful in advising tax relief procedures though I thought it was a a little weird she wanted a picture of my debit card to issue the tax relief. overall I'm satisfied.

Very disappointing experience.
The employee sold me Ray-Ban Meta glasses in the wrong frame color while knowing the correct model was not in stock.
We returned 10 minutes later to exchange them and were told to come back the next day. The following day we even received a call saying we could come to the store, but when I arrived, the glasses were still unavailable - despite the phone confirmation.
The staff was unprofessional, did not apologize, offered no compensation, and simply said it was “my problem.” On top of that, a refund cannot be received earlier than 15 working days, and delivery of the correct glasses takes more than a week.
Poor customer service and misleading communication.
I would not recommend this store.
