It was supposed to be delivered in 24-72 hours... but it took 8 days to arrive. I marked it for pickup at the office on the seventh day, where, of course, they don't answer the phone. I went to the office, and to my surprise, they had ignored marking it for pickup because it had already gone out for delivery for the fifth consecutive day. It arrived 5 days late, but at least I've had better luck than the others who have reviewed this agency.
