The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The pool is warm, which is a rare find in Europe. Great if you don't want to rent a car because the C1 commuter train station is a few steps away.

A charming hotel in a small picturesque village, with the hotel itself just 100 meters from the local train station, and fantastic proximity to several other beautiful locations along the Costa del Sol, making it easy to explore the area.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, both filling and very tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are tastefully decorated, which contributed to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
When I encountered some challenges with noise at night from a nearby room, the staff did their best to assist and resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciated.
I stayed here for three weeks and quickly felt at home thanks to the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. I truly fell for both the hotel and the village, which had a wonderful, authentic atmosphere.
The only area for potential improvement would be slightly better sound insulation between the rooms, which I would love to see. I look forward to returning for a longer stay in the near future and am curious to see the updates made for the next season.
Great budget hotel. Comfy bed and good A/C. Really useful to have the train station on the doorstep, so very easy to access from Malaga airport. Breakfast did the job.
Booked for breakfast included and were told we didn’t even though we paid for it.
Poolside bar was not open which is extremely disappointing.
Stayed with some friends and in one of their rooms the door was literally falling out of the frame.
Another friend had ceiling tiles falling off in the kitchen.
Had to change our keycards almost multiple times a day since they just stop working.
After our stay we dropped our bags off at reception and when we came back a few hours later we were told we immediately had to pay a €100 fine for each room (€400 altogether) due to having ‘illegal substances’, there being ‘proof of smoking inside the rooms’ and ‘rooms being too unhygienic to clean’ but then proceeded to not be able to tell/show us the proof of any of this.
We stayed here almost a week and our rooms were not cleaned once. We had to buy our own towels and toilet rolls as we were provided with 2 of each (for a 3 person room). We cleaned our rooms as much as we could, including walking 15 minutes to the nearest bottle bank and bins.
Finally, none of us smoke or have used ‘illegal substances’
Would not recommend staying here as you have to clean your own room then get fined for doing so!
We visited here last week.
Perfect location.
Rooms very spacious and clean.
Breakfast was good. (Apart from one guest who continually kept putting her bread first on the toaster ((German)) even though I told her on numerous occasions I was celiac, and my bread had to separate.)
Breakfast, as you will know, is self service.
Staff were amazing, if a little over worked.
(Sure this is the norm now)
