Motocard - Ropa, accesorios y cascos de moto en Málaga

The staff is not very friendly! They barely answer questions and hardly assist you with anything, and when you ask questions, they make you feel like you are wasting their time. I wanted to buy a helmet, shoes, jacket, and gloves, but ended up with the jacket only since I felt unwanted in the store.

​I drove quite a long way specifically to visit Motocard Malaga to buy a disc lock for my bike, but I left empty-handed and very frustrated.
​Despite being a specialized shop, I received zero advice or assistance. I was looking for professional guidance to make sure the lock would fit my specific motorcycle model, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me.
​If you're looking for expert recommendations or decent customer service, I suggest going elsewhere. It’s a shame to travel all that distance for such a cold and unhelpful reception. I won't be coming back.

I had an exceptional visit to this store, and I want to give a special mention to Rafa, without a doubt the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient salesman I’ve met in any motorcycle gear shop. He took the time to explain every detail, give honest advice, and helped me choose the perfect equipment with zero pressure.

His customer service is truly on another level. If you’re in Málaga and need expert guidance, ask for Rafa — you won’t be disappointed.

I found what I wanted online and was in and out quickly.
They did offer a different brand back protector, but I would have preferred the one made for the jacket

Nice shop with a good selection of gear, however the staff and lack of assistance in the shop, has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning here again.

They say that they will install your headset for free if you buy it there with a helmet and I did and I was refused by 2 different staff members, who said due to black Friday sales they could not do it, however I was the only customer in the store at 3.30pm on Sunday (1/12/24) when I asked. I also explained, I didn't live in Málaga and couldn't return to have it installed in 2days, when they had more time and that I'd driven over an hour to buy the helmet and accessories there with them in store and had to leave with no headset connected for my ride home.
