Synergym Reding Málaga

If you're tourist coming to Malaga I highly recommend this location (I haven't been to the other one in town).
The price for the week even if you're going less than a week is really good value for money.
The gym can be very busy but it's easy to work around the locals.

The workers are very helpful and friendly. Also you MUST bring a towel - get one from the hotel you're staying at or you can buy one there.
Overall great gym for my 2 days I could go gym!

I trained at Synergym Reding Málaga for a day and had a great experience.
The gym is clean, modern, and very well equipped, and the location right next to the beach is amazing.
Trainer Álvaro was extremely friendly, showed us around, and helped us with everything we needed.
They also offer day and weekly passes, which makes it super easy and convenient for visitors.
I can fully recommend this gym to anyone staying in Málaga.

Great location, which is the only reason to go there. Customer service simply does not exist: you must do everything through their website/app, and one cannot even buy a day pass at the door.
A friend accidentally bought a day pass at another location in Malaga and they simply shrug and said they could not do anything about it - really? For what's supposed to be a "premium" chain?
It's 2026, it's not that hard to take a payment on the spot, or move an unused pass around your own chain. Do better...

It is super annoying that they have the functional training class in the middle of the open gym area with loud music. The cleanliness in the gym is not great. Many places you cannot place your towel as it will catch a lot of dust. There are even no spray to clean the machines after use which makes you worry about hygiene. Also, often the gym is super busy making it a challenge to get to the machines you need to use. Air conditioning is not great. Even low intensity cardio activities make you sweat like crazy compared to other environments. Much improvement can be made. It boggles me that they have time to hang around in the gym and do nothing or to answer comments on Google. Get down and clean the gym please. Fix the stuff that doesn’t work instead of empty talk. And yet they even reply to this review with empty talk. Like why should I contact the staff in the gym with these comments? Do I need to show them the dirt that is everywhere or that they have no spray to clean the machines after use? Unbelievable.

I love Synergym Reading cause the monitors are really helpful, specially Alvaro, he is very kind.
Raúl did my training plan, and he always encourages me to improve my training.
